Masters Therapy

About

Because mental health deserves more than just a waiting list.

Masters Therapy is a Counselling and Psychotherapy service run by a small team of likeminded therapists and counsellors that share a genuine passion for providing and improving mental health interventions.

Our service is led by our lead Psychotherapist Tim Masters. Tim has over 20 years of professional experience working in a variety of settings – NHS, charity, local government, education, CAMHS, adult services both public and private, and substance use services.

Our therapists provide a range of interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

We work with adults, young people and children and we will match you to the most suitable therapy and therapist.

All interventions are individualised and tailored to your needs. Our approach is compassionate, empathetic, warm and evidence based.

Whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, low motivation, poor self-esteem, trauma, PTSD, intrusive thoughts or OCD, you will be supported to achieve your goals and reach your full potential.
