Tim Masters is the Lead Therapist at Masters Therapy.
 
After many years working in the field of mental health, supporting both children and adults, Tim felt aggrieved that public services were turning people down who needed help the most.
 
He witnessed both young people and adults go from initially exhibiting mild symptoms to full blown mental illnesses after years of waiting on endless waiting lists that only ever seemed to get longer.
 
Tim also observed the burnout of many overstretched colleagues due to increasingly high demands placed on them while operating in a climate of cuts to services, a general lack of resources and increased bureaucracy.
 
Tim observed the anguish of parents and adults, the despondence of children, the apathy of services
 
Tim became a therapist to help improve people’s lives and to make a positive and long-lasting difference to those who need it the most.
 
Masters Therapy was born out of that vision; a service that seeks to make therapy accessible to all.
